Recommendations and consultations regarding nutrition, natural remedies, herbs, if they fit into the individual treatments and are desired, are included and are not charged. Of course, you are also welcome to make an appointment for a consultation separately, costs for this on request.

With the care products and massage oils I attach importance to the fact that these are natural, if possible without parabens and mineral oils (a few are nevertheless there) and organic massage oils. I generally do not use products with animal testing, the respective manufacturers vouch for this.

I do not sell skin care products, but I will be happy to order you one or another skin care product such as cream, serum, ampoules, mask, etc. of the lines I offer, if you like it. Otherwise, I will be happy to advise you on what other products you can use for your skin, what makes sense and what is already too much of a good thing and therefore unnecessary. Therefore, instead of an expensive skin care set, treat yourself to a feel-good treatment, this has a lasting effect or invest the money in time for yourself, a trip to nature, a fine, not everyday dinner or whatever does you good.

For working people, mothers and otherwise fully employed I offer very generous opening hours, appointments over lunch as well as evenings until 20.30 and Saturdays are possible.
