Kosmetikstudio Aloë (Bätterkinden)

Already at the tender age of 13 I found my interest in herbs, care and massages. Often my whole family had to serve for expertise, until I decided at 15 after graduating from secondary school to acquire a sound knowledge of skin and care.

My mentors Paula von Reding (holder of the master's examination, make-up artist, teacher at the Gewerbeschule Bern and examination expert of the SFK) and Annemarie Hildebrand, who sadly passed away in 2017, also a specialist teacher and holder of the master's examination, taught me intensively and in detail the craft of cosmetics from scratch.

In 1986 I successfully passed the federal final examination of the SFK as best in class and received my diploma EFZ (Eidgenössisches Fähigkeitszeugnis).

Since then, the enthusiasm of the profession has never left me and led me to become self-employed in 1989. I opened my first store in Muri near Bern and at the same time I gradually became the happy mother of three wonderful daughters! Because of the family we moved to Bätterkinden, where I opened my second store in 1994. For family reasons, I then sold my business in Muri in 2000 and devoted myself fully to my second mainstay.

The geographically optimal location in the middle of Bätterkinden, allows us for years to be quickly accessible for our customers from surrounding villages. There are many parking spaces available and a convenient connection to the public transport of the RBS train is available.
