I obtained the federal certificate of competence, which I got after doing my apprenticeship in Lugano in June 1982, in November of that year I opened the Lady Institute, the location was in Piazza Collegiata 2, at the Portici Perfumery.

In January 1987, I moved to the present location also in Piazza Collegiata at number 7.

In 1992 I obtained the federal diploma (mastery).

I trained four female apprentices.

I continuously take refresher courses so that I can provide my clients with up-to-date service and nurture my passion.
