HAARley - Philosophy

I would like to offer my clientele a feel-good place with competent advice.

It is important to me to respond to the needs of each customer specifically. Not everyone can express their ideas of the desired haircut and hair color in the same way. That is why it is important to me to have a detailed consultation with each customer. Only in this way can I get a picture of the person and their desire and thereby feel out where the specific needs lie.

Another important point is flexibility. I offer my clients long hours of presence - whether early in the morning or preferably in the evening.

I really appreciate receiving feedback from my clients. It is clear that I am especially happy about compliments. But I can also handle criticism well and for further development as well as continuous improvement of the service it is indispensable.
