Appointment reservations:

Please cancel appointments that you are unable to attend or cannot attend in a timely manner by email on a business day (Monday through Friday) and at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations on Saturday or Sunday will not be considered made until the following Monday at 09:00.

If there is no cancellation or a late cancellation, I will have to charge the full price for the appointment.

In case of delays of more than 10 minutes, I am unfortunately forced to shorten the treatment time to the extent of the delay.

Even with such a reduction, the full price is owed.

Product advice:

Product consultation is free when purchased in my studio. Otherwise, a consulting fee will be charged - see offer list.

Subscriptions:

A cash payment or refund of the subscription amount( also of remaining amounts) is not possible.

However, exchange for another treatment offered or purchase of other products is possible.

Vouchers:

Vouchers are redeemable at Evelyn's Cosmetic Studio like cash. Cash payments are not possible.

Our vouchers are not cumulative with other discount promotions. Each value voucher can be redeemed for cosmetic treatments as well as on-site product purchases. Specially selected vouchers only entitle you to redeem the corresponding treatment. The vouchers can be ordered by mail, by phone or in the store. We will gladly send them to you against prepayment plus shipping costs.
