Aura Fiesch: Far too often we forget about ourselves and our needs! Become aware of this and take time that belongs to you alone, without compromise. Even small time-outs can do great things and be beneficial for body and mind. My mission is to bring people closer to the connection between health, inner beauty and outer beauty.
