Appointments Since I do not have a waiting room, please do not arrive early. I schedule appointments so that I have time for you at the appointed time.

Lateness Please be on time. If you are late, I will do everything I can to make your treatment as optimal as possible. However, please understand that I have to keep to the booked time frame, as I understandably cannot change subsequent reservations. Therefore, there is no claim for compensation.

Cancellations / Cancellation conditions Please do not miss your appointment. If you are ever unable to attend and need to cancel your treatment, please contact me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. By doing so, you will give another client the opportunity to sign up and save me financial loss.

Product sales I have most of the products in stock. However, since I do not have a separate salesroom, I ask you to make a brief appointment to purchase products as well.

Payment All products and services have to be paid in cash. I cannot accept payments via Postcard, EC or Maestro card.

Vouchers You are welcome to purchase vouchers of any value. These can be used to pay for products and services. My vouchers are valid for five years.
