Appointment Cancellation: In case you are unable to attend, we kindly ask you to cancel/reschedule your binding reservation 48 hours before the booked appointment by phone. Please note that without such notification you will be charged 80.-Fr. as we will not be able to allocate the booked time again.

Delays: Due to subsequent treatments, we can only treat the remaining time.
